Houston Corporate Counsel Award Nominations are Now Open
Finalists will be announced in April. The 2022 Houston Corporate Counsel Awards ceremony is set for Thursday, May 19, 2022, at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Houston. This year's award categories include:
The rules for nomination are simple: the corporate counsel being nominated must reside and work in the Houston area and the work for which they are being honored must have occurred in 2021. Detailed descriptions of each category are on the form as you begin the questionnaire. Anyone can make a nomination, including outside counsel, in-house colleagues and service providers. However, nominations by law firms MUST be submitted by a lawyer at the firm. Please click here to submit a nomination. Insider Tip: The more information and details you provide in your submission about the lawyers and legal departments being nominated and the successes they’ve achieved, the more likely it is that they will be selected as finalists. I strongly suggest that you read the profiles of last year’s Houston Corporate Counsel Award recipients to get a better understanding of the information included in the award nominations.
